Immediate opening: stainless steel welder (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Allegan County, Michigan. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection The role involves set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
