Join our team: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Polk County, Wisconsin. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
