We are recruiting: scullery hand (Alaska)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, Alaska. You will work in a catering unit. The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
