HSE officer • Otter Tail County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a HSE officer in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. Day-to-day duties: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Requirements: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
