Urgent requirement: bar waiter (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bar waiter in Richland County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
