Great opportunity: tower crane operator (North Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Bladen County, North Carolina. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. Your main tasks: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams You should have: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
