The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling We offer ₦145,000 per month plus benefits.
