Join our team: we are hiring a commercial painter in Yoakum County, Texas. You will be based on commercial fit-out projects. Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Day-to-day duties: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job Full-time with occasional weekends.
