Tile fixer — Fayette County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile fixer in Fayette County, Ohio. You will be based in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation On the job you will handle: • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
