We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Broomfield County, Colorado. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces On a typical shift you will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
