Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Chilton County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating.
