Bread baker wanted in Southeast Fairbanks Census Area

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, Alaska. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
