Urgent requirement: lawn care technician (Ohio)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Erie County, Ohio. The job is in a residential garden complex. Day-to-day duties: • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads What we are looking for: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Rotating shifts.
