We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Carter County, Kentucky. You will work on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
