Join our team: we are hiring a punch press operator in Burke County, Georgia. Day to day you will check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; record output and downtime on the production sheet; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
