Concrete pump mate • Ohio County, Kentucky

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Ohio County, Kentucky. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. The role involves: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors You should have: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
