CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Marion County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Marion County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed You should have: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
