Retail butcher — Barron County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Barron County, Wisconsin. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day-to-day duties: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 2+ years on the tools preferred.
