Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
