The role involves: • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile Requirements: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
