Dough maker — Wythe County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Wythe County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 1+ years on the tools preferred.
