Now hiring: we are hiring a tile mason in Jones County, Georgia. You will be based in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts On the job you will handle: • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
