Washroom attendant • Caddo Parish, Louisiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a washroom attendant in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a residential apartment complex. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping for early-morning or late shifts • Flexible to cover weekends and rotating shifts • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely Day to day you will spot-clean carpets and lift stains; restock toilet paper, hand towels and soap dispensers; mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets; strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine; sweep, mop and vacuum floors across all assigned areas; clean internal glass, mirrors and partitions streak-free. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
