Immediate opening: powder coating line operator (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Rockdale County, Georgia. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends.
