Grill cook • Russell County, Kentucky

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Russell County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 4+ years on the tools preferred.
