We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile mason in Orange County, California. You will work at a bathroom renovation job. On a typical shift you will cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even. Requirements: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) Part-time with flexible hours.
