Join our team: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Marion County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy distribution depot. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Day-to-day duties: • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays Rotating shifts.
