HSE supervisor wanted in Union County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Union County, Illinois. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
