Thermal insulation technician • Stoke-on-Trent, England

Vacancy available: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Stoke-on-Trent, England. The job is at a cold storage facility. Day to day you will measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Working-at-height certificate an advantage 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
