Turning centre operator — Tangaza

Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Tangaza, Sokoto State. On a typical shift you will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; write and edit G-code programs at the control; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦245,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
