Waterproofing applicator • Ventura County, California

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Ventura County, California. You will work on residential new-build sites. The role involves: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds 5+ years on the tools preferred.
