Car refinisher wanted in Carroll County

Now hiring: we are hiring a car refinisher in Carroll County, Iowa. The job is at a dealership paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Full-time, day shift. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
