What we are looking for: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench On a typical shift you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull.
