Plant operator (dozer) wanted in Sevier County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Sevier County, Tennessee. You will work at a civil contractor's yard. You should have: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain On the job you will handle: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
