Immediate opening: meat trimmer (Oklahoma)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Blaine County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
