Safety inspector — Akamkpa

Join our team: we are hiring a safety inspector in Akamkpa, Cross River State. You will work in a warehouse and logistics yard. Requirements: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Day-to-day duties: • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date ₦4,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
