Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete placer in Mitchell County, Kansas. You will be based on a high-rise slab pour. Day to day you will discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
