Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
