Wood machinist wanted in Platte County

Now hiring: we are hiring a wood machinist in Platte County, Wyoming. On a typical shift you will assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. Requirements: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
