Reinforcement fitter wanted in Okrika

Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Okrika, Rivers State. The job is at a high-rise construction project. On the job you will handle: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman You should have: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Rotating shifts.
