Immediate opening: we are hiring a hand presser in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Your main tasks: • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron 1+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
