Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel The role involves: • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses Six days a week, one day off.
