Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
