We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Bingham County, Idaho. The role involves help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 6+ years on the tools preferred.
