Gas commissioning technician — Monroe County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Monroe County, Alabama. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces 2+ years on the tools preferred.
