Gardener wanted in Taylor County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gardener in Taylor County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a botanical garden. What we are looking for: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Your main tasks: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
