Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Ringgold County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
