AC installation technician • Monona County, Iowa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an AC installation technician in Monona County, Iowa. You will work at an HVAC contractor's workshop. Your main tasks: • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving You should have: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests 2+ years on the tools preferred.
