Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners You will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish.
