Immediate opening: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. Day to day you will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours.
